Falling for the Les Mini Confettis collection

I am absolutely in love with the book collection "Des rêves et des chemins" edited by Perrine Bonafos, the founder of the Confettis magazine, and I want to share it with you here.

I had the pleasure of welcoming her to our showroom to tell us how this collection was born, the behind-the-scenes of creating the books and stories, and the choice of heroines.

To learn all about Les Mini Confettis, I invite you to watch the video!

In a few words, Les Mini Confettis is a new generation of children's books for children aged 3 to 7 whose heroines are famous women who, through their determination, courage, and curiosity, managed to cultivate their childhood dream and create the career they had imagined.

Dive into the stories of these extraordinary women who did everything to live their childhood dreams and became famous: follow Charlotte Perriand on her journey to becoming one of the greatest designers of the 20th century, Agnès Varda who created a uniquely childlike film style, Florence Arthaud, the first female navigator to win the Route du Rhum. Or Edith Piaf who moved the whole world with her powerful voice of the "Parisian kid" and Surya Bonaly who made history in figure skating with her unique style.

Beyond the positive story and role models, each of these books has its own graphic universe determined by the illustrator chosen by the Mini Confettis team.

And children can imagine themselves as the heroine or hero of their book by placing their head behind the cut-out shape on the cover, inviting them to create their own imagination.

I am eagerly awaiting the next book! What about you?
